- Minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Ability to lead, influence and develop team members
- Natural capacity to establish effective relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to hold self accountable for performance
- High energy and decisive
- Ability to communicate with managers and crew
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass a background check
