This role is for an Operating Partner, also known as a Restaurant General Manager, at Wendy's. The Operating Partner acts as the driving force behind the restaurant's success by ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, building and developing high-performing teams, and overseeing all aspects of the financial health of the restaurant.
