Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans
  • Mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and trainers

  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Engage personally with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Strategically schedule staff to optimize service
  • Coach management team on operational standards
  • Lead product rollout meetings
  • Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
  • Stay informed of competitor practices and exceed standards
