Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans
- Mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts
- Engage personally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize service
- Coach management team on operational standards
- Lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
