As the Restaurant General Manager at this KFC location, you will be the number one leader overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include ownership of the restaurant’s success metrics, from financial performance to guest service standards. Leading your team towards achieving these goals entails fostering a collaborative and customer-focused atmosphere. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives a warm, friendly interaction, meals are fresh and delicious, and the entire restaurant is kept spotless and inviting.
