Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 25-85 pounds, extended standing, and manual dexterity
- Capability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures and results
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Punctual attendance
- Ability to work in somewhat confined spaces
- Good hearing capacity for safety alarms
- Basic cash handling and counting skills
- Ability to read manuals, menus, and training materials
