Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to lift 25-85 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Able to handle cash accurately
  • Good hearing ability to respond to auditory alarms
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces
  • Commitment to punctual attendance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of operating procedures and results

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with payroll and employee paperwork
  • Ability to manage operations in compliance with company policies
  • Proficiency in record keeping and financial management
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
  • Lead communications of your team's goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
  • Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
  • Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
  • Review and submit payroll
  • Complete employee new hire paperwork
  • Complete employee change forms and termination forms
  • Ensure the store is operated in a safe and clean manner at all times
  • Ensure work schedules are adequate to meet customer service requirements but are also cost effective
  • Ensure that the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Perform daily record keeping of the store financial and production activities
  • Maintain documentation as specified by their Area Coach, Director of Operations and Human Resources
