Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
- Develop comprehensive training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
- Personally engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Strategically schedule staff and coach management on CHAMPS standards
- Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and develop profitability strategies
