Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work extended standing hours
- Capable of heavy lifting ranging from 25 to 85 pounds
- Must have punctual attendance
- Ability to hear in normal range
- Must be able to handle cash transactions
- Able to read and comprehend menus, manuals, and training aids
- Must maintain safety around high temperature equipment and boiling water
