Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in restaurant management or similar role
Ability to lift 25-85 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
Ability to handle cash and perform counting
Ability to read and comprehend menus, manuals, and training materials
Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning
Ability to work in confined spaces with others
Maintain safety around high-temperature equipment and hot substances
Maintain confidentiality of company procedures and results

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant management experience preferred
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Ability to mentor and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Business acumen with ownership mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to customer service excellence
Basic computer proficiency for payroll and record keeping

Job Duties

Own the restaurant's success metrics and lead team to reach goals
Lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding
Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
Partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
Review and submit payroll
Complete employee new hire, change, and termination paperwork
Ensure safe and clean store operation
Manage work schedules to meet customer service and cost requirements
Operate the store in compliance with company policies
Maintain daily financial and production record keeping
Maintain documentation as required by management and human resources
