The position available is for a General Manager at this Wendy's location. This role is a salary-exempt position with compensation dependent on the candidate's skills and experience. The General Manager will oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and profitability. Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Minimum 3-4 years operations experience
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to private transportation
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
