The position available is for a General Manager at this Wendy's location. This role is a salary-exempt position with compensation dependent on the candidate's skills and experience. The General Manager will oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and profitability. A significant part of the role involves training, developing, and mentoring team members to build a positive and productive work culture.
