The Wenspok Companies is a well-established, privately owned franchise that operates Wendy's Restaurants across several states in the USA, including Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska, and California. This employment opportunity is with one of their franchise locations based at 1336 Q Street, Lincoln, NE.

The position available is for a General Manager at this Wendy's location. This role is a salary-exempt position with compensation dependent on the candidate's skills and experience. The General Manager will oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and profitability. A significant part of the role involves training, developing, and mentoring team members to build a positive and productive work culture. The role demands a strong customer focus, results orientation, and a leadership style that promotes a pleasant dining and working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards, and protecting the brand and company assets.

Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Minimum 3-4 years operations experience
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Access to private transportation
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused

Job Qualifications
