Taco Bell franchisees are independently owned and operated businesses that bring the well-known Taco Bell brand and dining experience to communities across the nation. Unlike Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, each franchisee operates autonomously, managing their own wage and benefit programs which can vary significantly from one franchise to another. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must pass drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Able to sweep and mop floors
  • Able to dust shelves
  • Able to lift and carry trash containers
  • Able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
  • Able to tolerate standing and walking for 80% of shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stoop during work hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Profit and loss responsibility experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Track record of people development
  • Positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Find, hire and develop employees
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Develop training plans for new hires
  • Schedule and deploy team members efficiently
  • Address employee performance issues
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
