We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This role offers a competitive pay range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. As the Operating Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the restaurant towards operational excellence and sustained sales growth. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for setting high standards of professionalism, integrity, and innovation. Your ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a cohesive team will be essential as you lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and consistently deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality standards. You will engage directly with guests to ensure a positive experience while coaching team members in upselling techniques and service excellence. Financial acumen is critical, as you will analyze business performance indicators, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet EBITDA targets and key performance indicators.

The Operating Partner role demands a strong entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of all aspects of restaurant operations. You will drive continuous improvement, spearhead training programs to prepare future leaders, and ensure all operational processes meet corporate standards. A background in hospitality or restaurant management is required, along with the ability to manage complex systems, including POS, inventory controls, third-party delivery platforms, and reservation management.
