We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This role offers a competitive pay range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. As the Operating Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the restaurant towards operational excellence and sustained sales growth. Job Requirements
- progressive restaurant hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
- valid driver’s license
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
- understanding of inventory management cost control and financial systems
- proficiency with POS systems and related technologies
Job Qualifications

- general systems proficiency in POS systems corporate software systems third party delivery platforms inventory systems and reservation systems
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen acumen experience managing or running culinary or kitchen operations preferred
