Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • demonstrated leadership in people and performance management
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • reliable transportation
  • authorization to work in the U.S
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage financials and budgets
  • experience with digital tools
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development
  • proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance
  • comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs, health codes, and safety standards
  • high adaptability and experience in change management
  • passion for upholding KFC's culture and values
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and build a world-class team
  • create tailored development plans and provide coaching that leads to real promotions
  • recognize achievements and foster a culture of positivity, accountability, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • lead from the front by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and being visible during key service times
  • address workplace challenges professionally and create an environment where people feel heard, safe, and inspired
  • own all aspects of daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • ensure brand standards and procedures are followed with excellence and consistency
  • lead effective product rollouts and ensure staff is trained for new initiatives
  • analyze financial performance and develop plans to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability
  • manage budgets, labor efficiency, inventory, and compliance
  • monitor the local competitive landscape and position the restaurant to outperform competitors
