Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- ability to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable and punctual
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- directing the hiring, training, and development of assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team members
- managing all aspects of food safety and regulatory compliance
- overseeing guest service to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- managing inventory levels and minimizing waste
- maintaining all restaurant equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- handling restaurant budgets and financial reports
- driving sales growth and achieving profit goals
