The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) role at JEM Restaurant Group is a rewarding leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of busy Taco Bell restaurants within Charleston and Savannah. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about inspiring teams, improving guest experiences, and achieving ambitious financial goals. RGMs manage teams ranging from 10 to 45 crew members, including Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members. The ideal candidate is a seasoned restaurant management professional with at least two years of experience leading restaurant teams to success. The position is a full-time role requiring approximately 50 hours per week and offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $80,000 annually. Job Requirements
