Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • dependable and punctual
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible with irregular shift schedules

Job Duties

  • directing the hiring, training, and development of assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team members
  • managing all aspects of food safety and regulatory compliance
  • overseeing guest service to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • managing inventory levels and minimizing waste
  • maintaining all restaurant equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • handling restaurant budgets and financial reports
  • driving sales growth and achieving profit goals
