Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and reinforcing the Wendy's culture
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations every visit
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and scheduling of team members
