The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) position at BURGER KING carries significant responsibilities as the executive leader of a single restaurant location. Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts for restaurant needs
Job Qualifications

- Preferably 2 years of college education
