Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts for restaurant needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferably 2 years of college education
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
  • Drive sales through guest service and people development
  • Motivate team to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage guest experience and respond to feedback
  • Lead recruitment and training processes
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
