- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong analytical skills

Job Duties
- Promote and enforce ability to work as scheduled and report on time
- Promote and lead a great customer restaurant experience
- Coach and direct management team members based on policy and succession planning
- Coach and develop team members based on succession planning
- Enforce all training programs including GURU and leader-led training
- Enforce standard operating procedures of the company
- Ensure proper inventory receiving, storage, and rotation
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Perform product and supply inventory counting and recording
- Schedule work shifts for team members
- Travel to other restaurants and area office as needed
