Job Duties

  • Promote and enforce ability to work as scheduled and report on time
  • Promote and lead a great customer restaurant experience
  • Coach and direct management team members based on policy and succession planning
  • Coach and develop team members based on succession planning
  • Enforce all training programs including GURU and leader-led training
  • Enforce standard operating procedures of the company
  • Ensure proper inventory receiving, storage, and rotation
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
  • Perform product and supply inventory counting and recording
  • Schedule work shifts for team members
  • Travel to other restaurants and area office as needed
