Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
  • ServeSafe Certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values in daily operations
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Drive sales growth and monitor financial performance using P&L statements
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while maintaining high retention rates
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain point of sale systems and ensure accuracy in pricing and menu updates
