Culver's is a renowned family-owned and operated restaurant chain celebrated for its signature ButterBurgers and fresh Frozen Custard. Founded in 1984 by Craig and Lea Culver and Craig's parents, George and Ruth, the very first Culver's opened its doors in Sauk City, Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role requires a passionate individual who is committed to building a positive and winning culture within the restaurant. The General Manager will work directly with the restaurant owner, benefitting from a collaborative and growth-oriented mentorship program designed to enhance career potential. This position offers substantial opportunities for professional advancement, including the possibility to eventually own and operate your own Culver's restaurant.

The ideal General Manager will excel at managing daily operations, including labor and food cost control, ensuring efficiency and profitability while maintaining high standards of food safety and operational compliance. They will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining motivated managers and team members, driving a workplace culture focused on success and positive communication. In addition to operational leadership, the General Manager will assist with local marketing and foster community engagement initiatives to strengthen the restaurant's brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Stand and walk constantly

  • Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook
  • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
