Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- proven ability to hire and retain employees successfully
- ability to work early morning, evening, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- serveSafe certified
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Job Qualifications

- experience in recruiting, hiring, and employee retention

- ability to navigate complex situations and communicate with diverse audiences

- willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- reinforce the Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- manage the entire restaurant’s daily operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
- create and uphold a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for employees and guests
- build and maintain a strong team through effective hiring, training, and coaching
- monitor and improve customer experience by driving fast and friendly service
- manage scheduling and deployment of team members appropriately
- maintain point of sale systems ensuring accuracy and report any failures
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- oversee financial management including labor control, inventory control, waste management, and profit and loss statement analysis
- handle employee relations and resolve team member issues promptly
- represent Border Foods in addressing and resolving customer complaints
