Job Duties

  • own restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, clean restaurant, and fresh meals
  • manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
  • maintain compliance with KFC standards and health regulations
  • execute marketing promotions and ensure product quality and consistency
  • recruit, train, and develop shift supervisors and team members
  • grow and mentor team through training and onboarding
  • lead communication of team goals, promotions, and business updates
  • inspire positive and collaborative work environment
  • conduct daily pre-shift meetings and weekly performance reviews
  • control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals
  • complete reports on sales, inventory, and cash handling accurately
  • review daily sales and labor performance and take corrective action
  • ensure every guest receives exceptional service and product quality
  • address guest feedback promptly and professionally
  • implement programs to drive repeat business and sales
  • enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • maintain accurate team records, schedules, and timekeeping
  • ensure the restaurant is always inspection-ready
  • communicate daily with Area Coach on performance and opportunities
  • complete required training certifications and brand programs on time
  • lead by example with high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • mentor and coach team effectively
  • build team through hiring and onboarding
  • maintain an ownership mindset and pride in work
  • manage high-paced environment effectively
  • demonstrate commitment to customer service and guest experience
  • greet guests warmly within five seconds
  • provide efficient service with accurate and quick order taking
