Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
- ServeSafe Certified
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods Core Values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, empowerment
- Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant
- Build and maintain a strong team that provides great food and friendly customer experience
- Guide team members and shift leaders ensuring all duties are completed
- Schedule and deploy the team correctly
- Monitor team member performance and hold them accountable
- Ensure quality customer experience by driving fast and friendly service
- Maintain point of sale system and ensure accuracy
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
- Create unity by building cross-functional relationships
- Respond to team member questions and resolve employee issues
- Provide a safe, welcoming place for team members and customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues effectively
- Create and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans
- Utilize and interpret profit and loss statements for financial adjustments
- Source, hire, and develop team members
- Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- Minimize loss through strict cash handling and inventory management
- Demonstrate efficient labor and waste control
- Build team capabilities and provide coaching
- Offer learning and development opportunities
- Provide career guidance to team members
- Seek and share ideas fostering personal and business growth
