Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedule demands

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or a combination of experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Job Duties

  • Demonstrating integrity and accountability in all actions and expectations
  • Guiding team members and shift leaders to complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Scheduling and deploying team members effectively
  • Monitoring team performance and holding members accountable to standards
  • Ensuring quality customer experience with fast and friendly service
  • Maintaining point of sale system and reporting system failures
  • Enforcing health and safety standards and adhering to local, state, and federal laws
