Job Requirements
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience
- experience with sales building, P and L statements, recruiting, and training
- proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServeSafe certified
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience in sales building, profit and loss management, recruiting, and training
- proven success in hiring and retaining staff
- ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServeSafe certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee entire restaurant operations
- build and lead a strong team that provides exceptional customer service
- enforce Border Foods Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards and legal regulations
- manage scheduling and performance monitoring of team members
- maintain point of sale system accuracy and report failures
- handle customer complaints professionally
- develop and execute strategic plans for restaurant success
- manage profit and loss statements to optimize financial outcomes
- source, hire, train, and orient new team members
- enforce cash handling and inventory control policies
- provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- foster a positive and safe work environment
