Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays schedule demands may change

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven successful hiring and retention track record
  • ServeSafe certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Reinforce the Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality and superior customer service
  • Build, train, and develop a strong team of employees while supporting their career growth
  • Manage scheduling and labor deployment to maximize productivity and minimize costs
  • Monitor restaurant financial performance including profit and loss statements to ensure profitability
  • Maintain health and safety standards according to all regulatory guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain a positive dining experience
