Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ServeSafe certified
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays schedule demands may change

Job Duties
- Reinforce the Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality and superior customer service
- Build, train, and develop a strong team of employees while supporting their career growth
- Manage scheduling and labor deployment to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Monitor restaurant financial performance including profit and loss statements to ensure profitability
- Maintain health and safety standards according to all regulatory guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain a positive dining experience
