We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead this location. As the general manager, you will be the number one leader, taking ownership of all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure success. Your role will be pivotal in driving the restaurant towards achieving its business goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

This position involves overseeing every facet of the restaurant's daily functions including managing the team, enhancing guest experiences, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, administering payroll and employee paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will actively mentor and develop team members through training and onboarding initiatives, helping to build a motivated and skilled KFC family.

As the face of the restaurant, you will lead by example, embodying high standards in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to meet and exceed business objectives while promoting a friendly and efficient atmosphere for guests. Collaboration with other restaurant general managers and area leaders will be essential as you partner to grow the business and implement key promotions and updates.
