Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
  • proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays as needed
  • ServeSafe certified
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • manage entire restaurant operations ensuring quality food and friendly customer experience
  • schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • monitor and hold team members accountable for performance standards
  • maintain point of sale system and ensure accurate reporting
  • ensure health and safety standards compliance
  • handle customer complaints with sincerity and effective solutions
