Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- ServeSafe certified
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- manage entire restaurant operations ensuring quality food and friendly customer experience
- schedule and deploy team members effectively
- monitor and hold team members accountable for performance standards
- maintain point of sale system and ensure accurate reporting
- ensure health and safety standards compliance
- handle customer complaints with sincerity and effective solutions
