Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the quick service or fast-food industry
- ServSafe Certification
- proven experience managing operations, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve guest concerns
- experience in training, developing, and motivating teams to achieve performance targets
- familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- strong understanding of health/safety regulations and labor laws
- experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and other relevant technologies
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- oversee all daily operations to ensure the restaurant meets targets for profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction
- recruit, hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team of assistant managers, shift leads, and crew members
- manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- uphold operational and brand standards, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- monitor safety, cleanliness, and maintenance to provide a welcoming environment for staff and guests
- engage with the local community to strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
