The role of Restaurant General Manager is pivotal to the success of a busy restaurant location within this group. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the quick service or fast-food industry
  • ServSafe Certification
  • proven experience managing operations, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve guest concerns
  • experience in training, developing, and motivating teams to achieve performance targets
  • familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • strong understanding of health/safety regulations and labor laws
  • experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and other relevant technologies
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
