This role is for a Restaurant Manager position at the Torrance, California location of CoCo Ichibanya. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be closely involved in the operational and leadership aspects of running a busy restaurant. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage starting at $28.85. Managers will have opportunities for performance-based pay increases through bi-annual evaluations. The role provides a unique internship-style environment where you will receive hands-on training under experienced restaurant staff. Your responsibilities will span managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining financial controls including inventory management and cost control. You will be responsible for fostering a positive guest experience by handling customer interactions professionally and ensuring service quality standards are met or exceeded.
