Job Requirements
- 5 years in restaurant or retail management

Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly
- Personally engage with customers, swiftly resolving any issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
- Analyze the restaurant’s financial performance and manage the budget
