The position available is for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), a pivotal leadership role that requires passion, strategic thinking, and people management skills. Working 50 hours a week, including 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, the RGM ensures optimal operations and customer satisfaction. The general manager develops training plans, mentors assistant managers and shift leads, and ensures all initiatives align with Taco Bell's values, including equity and inclusion. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Personally engage with customers, swiftly resolving any issues
  • Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
  • Analyze the restaurant’s financial performance and manage the budget
