Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in food service industry preferably in supervisory role
  • Management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to kitchen, hospitality and assistant managers
  • Commitment to maintaining high operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework in culinary, hospitality or business is a plus
  • 1-2 years experience in food service industry preferably in supervisory role
  • Management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Manager and Certified Assistant Managers
  • Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
  • Manage restaurant financial results to achieve target goals
  • Maintain outstanding guest service and food quality
  • Foster a team-oriented workplace with opportunities for success
  • Promote a caring culture that supports employees and exceeds guest expectations
  • Oversee training and development of management and co-worker team
