Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
- must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- required minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
- 3-5 years management experience required
- restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- complete all training requirements including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class
- obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests
- maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
- train team members including mentoring, coaching, and development while holding them accountable for performance
- create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
- plan and delegate shift assignments adjusting as needed
- uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently
- foster a positive culture and high team morale by providing guidance and leadership
- manage profitability through sales growth, cost control, team development, and operational compliance
- increase sales by building community relationships
- control costs and losses by following company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- conduct performance reviews for crew and assist with reviews for managers
- ensure compliance with all company and legal standards
- maintain accurate records and utilize management tools
- review performance metrics daily and develop action plans to improve profitability, sales, and guest experience
- handle guest and team member complaints or concerns professionally and timely
- maintain a flexible attitude to perform beyond job description
- ensure team safety by following safety guidelines
- escalate concerns to supervisors as needed
- perform all duties necessary for smooth restaurant operations
