The Restaurant Leader position is a critical role within Alvarado Restaurant Nation, positioned within the Operations department and reporting directly to the Area Coach. This exempt role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. The primary mission of the Restaurant Leader is to ensure exceptional customer service by upholding rigorous standards in product quality, service speed, and cleanliness. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional image both personally and through the performance and appearance of their team. This leadership role requires proactive engagement with customers to continuously enhance their dining experiences and safeguard the restaurant's reputation in the community.

As a Restaurant Leader, you will direct and supervise restaurant team members and shift leads, providing clear delegation and authoritative guidance. Demonstrating principled leadership and sound business ethics, you will lead by example, taking a hands-on approach to managing daily restaurant operations. Your duties encompass identifying problems swiftly and assertively developing and implementing suitable solutions to ensure smooth restaurant flow and customer satisfaction. You will focus the team on critical business priorities, carefully planning and organizing work to maximize peak efficiency. In addition to operational oversight, you will be technically proficient in all facets of food preparation, production, and delivery, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety procedures. Your understanding of key business drivers will enable you to build sales and meet margin targets effectively.

In this role, analyzing financial data accurately and identifying trends is essential, with follow-ups to ensure full implementation of corrective actions. You will also facilitate the appropriate use of business tools by team members to support operational success.
