The Restaurant Leader position is a critical role within Alvarado Restaurant Nation, positioned within the Operations department and reporting directly to the Area Coach. This exempt role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. The primary mission of the Restaurant Leader is to ensure exceptional customer service by upholding rigorous standards in product quality, service speed, and cleanliness. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional image both personally and through the performance and appearance of their team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will direct and supervise restaurant team members and shift leads, providing clear delegation and authoritative guidance. Demonstrating principled leadership and sound business ethics, you will lead by example, taking a hands-on approach to managing daily restaurant operations. Your duties encompass identifying problems swiftly and assertively developing and implementing suitable solutions to ensure smooth restaurant flow and customer satisfaction.
