Wendy's Franchise is currently hiring for a Restaurant General Manager, a leadership role essential to the successful operation of one of its restaurants located at 11639 Will Odell Ave, Oxford, FL 34484. Job Requirements

Ability to use a headset to take customer orders or give direction
Ability to use general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, grill, etc.
Ability to come to work promptly and regularly

Job Qualifications

College degree is preferred but not required
3-4 years' experience as general manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Open and flexible work availability including nights and weekends
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven talent and performance-management skills
Computer and Microsoft products skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
