Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven management experience in the foodservice industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • capacity to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • leadership and team-building abilities
  • problem-solving skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • familiarity with Wendy's brand and culture preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve customer service excellence
  • manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • develop and implement strategies to maximize financial performance
  • recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  • oversee administrative tasks such as reporting and payroll
