Job Requirements
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- proven management experience in the foodservice industry
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- capacity to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve customer service excellence
- manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- develop and implement strategies to maximize financial performance
- recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment
- maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- oversee administrative tasks such as reporting and payroll
