Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- oversee Department Managers' progress and improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
