This current opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager to take charge of the daily operations of a new restaurant location in lower Fairfield County. This position is full-time and salaried, featuring a competitive pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience within casual to fine dining settings, with a strong passion for both culinary excellence and hospitality. The role demands hands-on involvement and leadership capabilities in various front-of-house capacities—such as server, host, bartender, and runner. Prior experience working in luxury hotel or restaurant environments will be considered a strong advantage.
