Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads
- Develop comprehensive training plans and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance regularly
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
- Engage personally with customers to ensure positive experiences
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service and coach management team on CHAMPS standards
- Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop profitability strategies
- Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
