We are currently seeking highly-skilled and experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee our fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurants under the Pilot Flying J brand. These key leadership roles are pivotal to the financial and operational success of each restaurant location. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring top-tier hospitality and exceptional guest service, fostering a positive workplace for team members, and efficiently managing all human resource decisions. They will also oversee critical business functions such as profit and loss analysis, inventory control, and operational compliance. This position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical capabilities and a deep commitment to operational excellence. Candidates must be willing to relocate and flexible to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rates for this position start between $43,888 and $59,050 per year, reflecting the importance of this role within the company.
