This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000, along with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and performance-based incentives. The restaurant operates on a dinner-only service schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, providing Sundays and Mondays off, creating a structured and balanced workweek for its team members.
The General Manager will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring the delivery of impeccable service that meets and exceeds the standards of a globally acclaimed dining venue. The role demands a leader with a strong operational discipline, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to navigate the complexities of managing a fine dining establishment. This position is floor-driven and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about hospitality at the highest level.
In this leadership role, the General Manager will collaborate closely with an engaged ownership group and a dedicated leadership team to achieve continuous growth, operational excellence, and future accolades. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing fine dining or Michelin-level restaurant operations, demonstrating a commanding presence on the floor and an unwavering commitment to service excellence and team development.
A deep understanding of wine and beverage programs is essential, alongside robust experience managing staffing, training, and performance within refined service environments. The General Manager will also possess strong financial acumen with responsibilities including P&L ownership and cost control measures. The role involves creating and maintaining structured operational systems such as standard operating procedures and comprehensive training programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all aspects of the dining experience.
This opportunity is perfect for a dynamic, high-energy leader who excels in communication, organization, and problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and integrity. The hospitality-driven individual will lead by example, managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment while fostering a culture rooted in precision, hospitality, and excellence. The team-oriented atmosphere within a multi-concept, campus-style environment offers an enriching and collaborative workplace focused on achieving the highest industry recognition and ongoing improvement.
