Our brand is built on a culture of excellence, innovation, and fun, making us a standout in the fast-paced hospitality industry. Our team, known affectionately as the GOATS, embodies a spirit of growth, collaboration, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Becoming part of our team means joining a community where your contributions matter, and career development is a priority. We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager, also known as a Hospitality Captain, to lead our restaurant operations with energy, passion, and professionalism.

As a Restaurant Manager with us, you will be central to our mission of growing our brand legacy and maintaining the high standards that define our restaurants. This is not just a managerial role but a leadership opportunity where you will mentor and develop a motivated team of hospitality professionals. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant activities, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coaching, counseling, and training team members to guarantee they deliver excellent service that aligns with our unique 1-4-7 philosophy. Financial acumen is critical in this role, as you will manage budgets, control expenses, and work strategically to maximize sales and profitability.

In addition to operational management, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality and safety. Maintaining food safety standards, adhering to liquor laws, and ensuring that our facilities meet brand specifications are all part of your accountability. You'll also manage labor compliance and address any guest concerns with professionalism and swift resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Our ideal Hospitality Captain is someone ready to bring their passion for hospitality and leadership skills to a high-energy environment that values innovation and a team-oriented spirit. Working with us offers unique benefits including performance-based bonuses, opportunities for growth, access to multiple brand discounts, and a culture that prioritizes your voice and development. Join us to be part of a team where having fun and building your career go hand in hand.
