Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess or obtain valid manager food safety certification as required by state law
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and communication
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and liquor laws
- Proven leadership skills in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members

- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in managing budgets and financial goals
Job Duties
- Lead and model the 1-4-7 philosophy to ensure excellent guest service
- Develop and motivate team members through recruitment, communication, and training
- Identify and implement strategies to retain and develop team members
- Coach and discipline team members ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Manage financial results including meeting sales goals and optimizing profit and loss
- Ensure restaurant facilities comply with brand standards
- Oversee food safety and liquor service compliance
- Ensure labor regulation compliance
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
