Job Description

Popeyes is a renowned fast food restaurant chain with a rich culinary heritage that dates back to 1972. Founded by entrepreneur and culinary innovator Al Copeland, Popeyes started as a small restaurant with an ambitious vision to introduce the iconic New Orleans-style fried chicken to the world. Over the years, the brand has grown exponentially and is now one of the largest chicken quick-service restaurants globally, boasting over 2,700 locations across the United States and internationally. Known for its unique Cajun and Creole flavor profiles, Popeyes continues to innovate with authentic menu items such as spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, and other regional specialties that delight customers and set the restaurant apart from competitors.

Locally, SBH Foods PLK LLC owns and operates 14 Popeyes locations in Augusta, GA, and Charleston, SC. SBH Foods prides itself on delivering exceptional Cajun hospitality, serving delicious food, and fostering a positive work environment with a strong culture centered around growth and teamwork. Their commitment to excellence in training is evident, having received multiple recognitions at the Popeyes International Franchise Conference. This caring and dynamic atmosphere make SBH Foods a great place to work and grow your career within the Popeyes family.

The Restaurant Manager role at Popeyes is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing guests with a memorable and high-quality fast food dining experience. This full-time position is designed for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively with team members. The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure each guest receives excellent service while maintaining operational excellence in the restaurant.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing guest services, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring that all team members are properly trained and coached to perform their duties effectively. You will be responsible for running daily shifts with efficiency, forecasting demand, scheduling crew members, and supervising food preparation and product production to meet quality and safety standards. Additionally, adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations is essential to maintain a healthy workplace for employees and a safe dining environment for guests.

Physical demands of the role include lifting and carrying inventory and supplies, standing for extended periods while serving customers and training staff, and consistently operating registers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking across several workstations and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the restaurant. Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, honesty, and a dedication to promoting the culture of High Noon Popeyes are paramount.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a supportive and energetic team.
