Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Proven success in leading teams and driving results
- Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and scheduling
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Own the operation of the restaurant, leading daily execution of food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and upholds Taco Bell's brand standards
- Coach and inspire your team with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities
- Create a winning culture focused on teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and recognition
- Monitor and manage P&L, labor, inventory, and other controllables to achieve or exceed performance targets
- Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and care
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health protocols are consistently followed
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment, and facilities
- Partner with field leadership for business planning, audits, and performance reviews
