The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) role at Taco Bell is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and driving business success. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Proven success in leading teams and driving results
  • Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and scheduling
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Own the operation of the restaurant, leading daily execution of food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and upholds Taco Bell's brand standards
  • Coach and inspire your team with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities
  • Create a winning culture focused on teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and recognition
  • Monitor and manage P&L, labor, inventory, and other controllables to achieve or exceed performance targets
  • Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and care
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health protocols are consistently followed
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment, and facilities
  • Partner with field leadership for business planning, audits, and performance reviews
