Job Requirements

  • high school degree
  • minimum of 2 years general manager experience in restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility
  • open availability
  • food safety certification through ServSafe, National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, or National Environmental Health Association
  • ability to understand and communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to spend 80 to 90 percent of time on shop floor
  • strong financial literacy

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of at least 2 years as a general manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility
  • experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • high school degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • strong business acumen and ability to see big picture
  • ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant

Job Duties

  • create marketing plan and lead local shop marketing
  • create shop plan to continuously improve the business
  • control cost of goods, variances, and inventories
