Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for occasional duties including shift coverage and catering deliveries
  • Ability to travel between restaurant locations and attend offsite training
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to a guest-centric mindset
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and set strategic goals
  • Capability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Experience with inventory and cost management
  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, and third-party platforms
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or Business degree preferred
  • Culinary or kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Utilize financial analysis to improve operations and respond to market trends

  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation while fostering teamwork
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
