Job Requirements
- 5+ years of general manager or senior leadership experience in high-volume fine dining
- Experience managing scratch kitchen operations and coordinating catering/events
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants
Job Qualifications
