The Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's plays a pivotal role in driving the restaurant’s success by providing strong leadership and operational management. Candidates must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience, with recent experience as a General Manager for outside hires. Strong business acumen and experience managing inventory, cost control, and financial operations are crucial. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, corporate software, third-party delivery platforms, inventory management, and reservation systems will support operational success.
