Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager role. The Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's plays a pivotal role in driving the restaurant’s success by providing strong leadership and operational management. Key responsibilities include maintaining a guest-centric focus, engaging actively with guests to ensure satisfaction and maximize revenue, and cultivating an ownership mindset within the team. This involves coaching staff on upselling techniques, driving incremental sales, and leading initiatives that simplify operations while enhancing effectiveness. Leading and motivating the team through training, performance reviews, and encouragement of new ideas and calculated risks is essential to achieving organizational goals.

Candidates must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience, with recent experience as a General Manager for outside hires. A valid driver’s license is required due to occasionally delivering catering orders, providing shift coverage, conducting supply runs, and attending offsite training and meetings. Strong business acumen and experience managing inventory, cost control, and financial operations are crucial. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, corporate software, third-party delivery platforms, inventory management, and reservation systems will support operational success.

Preferred qualifications include experience in casual or upscale dining environments, a hospitality or business degree, and culinary or kitchen management expertise.
