We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead and oversee our high-volume restaurant operation. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who can manage daily restaurant activities while fostering a positive work environment for the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members receive proper training, coaching, and supervision to maintain our high standards of service. They will take full ownership of scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and the professional development of team members including performance reviews, promotions, and, if necessary, terminations.

The Restaurant General Manager will also be accountable for ensuring full compliance with all opening and closing procedures, maintaining operational standards, and resolving any customer service issues with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. As the P&L owner, the successful candidate will drive profitability and guest satisfaction, balancing financial responsibilities with frontline leadership. This role requires a hands-on manager with strong leadership and communication skills, an outgoing personality to engage with customers personally during table touches, and the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business.
