Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume upscale restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
  • Possess an outgoing personality with the ability to engage with customers
  • Display flexibility to the needs of the business
  • Show willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Ensure the whole team receives proper training, coaching and supervision
  • Drive scheduling, hiring, onboarding
  • Take full ownership of team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
  • Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Own P&L and champion guest satisfaction
