Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Proven experience in high-volume upscale restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Possess an outgoing personality with the ability to engage with customers
- Display flexibility to the needs of the business
- Show willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Ensure the whole team receives proper training, coaching and supervision
- Drive scheduling, hiring, onboarding
- Take full ownership of team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
- Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
- Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently
- Own P&L and champion guest satisfaction
