Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5-7 years of management experience
- college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- basic computer skills
- ability to work 50-55 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business literature
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information to groups
- ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and use basic algebra and geometry
- ability to solve practical problems
- ability to work in wet, humid, and varying temperature conditions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly
- vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Duties
- Develop restaurant operating plans with Area Director/District Manager
- plan, schedule, and analyze staffing including management needs
- exercise discretion in addressing changing business demands
- ensure menu items are prepared and served according to recipes
- maintain proper inventory levels using correct ordering and yield application
- ensure guest satisfaction through operational execution and clean environment
- investigate customer feedback and coordinate responses
- uphold company hospitality standards and comply with local, state, and federal laws
- manage preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security, safety, and sanitation
- promote company values and policies
- participate in recruitment and selection of management and hourly employees
- manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repair and maintenance, and food costs
- analyze financial reports and implement improvement plans
- maintain awareness of local market trends and implement marketing programs
- create and maintain positive work environment and communicate employee relations issues
- handle customer concerns professionally
- manage disagreements constructively
- demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility
