Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts when needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial outcomes
  • Motivate and direct team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • Handle guest feedback by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Enforce operational and brand standards at all times
