Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- strong understanding of P&L management
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles

- ability to work long or irregular shifts
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant profitability and P&L
- drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
- manage the guest experience and respond to guest issues
- lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- provide coaching and feedback to staff
- enforce compliance with government regulations and brand standards
- perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed
